Great service, food and enjoyable. Laughter of others and indoor seating and additional umbrella and tables outside. Hamburgers and hotdogs with great slaw. And a great value.

There are burgers that are worth waiting 45 minutes to get your hands on. This is definitely not it. On a Wednesday at 12:30 PM, 45 minutes wait was too much for the quality of food I got. My burger was bland and the bun too soggy. I guess I am used to char grilled burgers, and these are cooked on a griddle. It not as flavorful and rich. I’ll pass next time. I did like their Carolina style hot dog though. I may be going back for the hot dog but if I see even the slightest line outside, I am skipping. It is not worth the wait...

Kind of a weird seating arrangements here so if you have more than 2 people with you, take your food on the go, you likely won't find a seat. The burgers were pretty good, more interesting is how long these burgers have been around- one of the first vegetarian burgers out there (or vegan if you leave out the cheese). The burgers here are pretty cheap, so if cheap prices and decent veggie burgers is what you're looking for, this is the right place to be.

We were oddly surprised at the rating for this restaurant after visiting. Yelp mirrors lower reviews. Unfortunately the food had no flavor, the "Large burger" had very little meat on the single patty, and all portions were small. We did order the philly cheesesteak sandwich and thought that was great. Overall, if you are looking for a juicy 100% beef burger we would not suggest this place. It was convenient that orders could be called ahead and picked up as the restaurant is small and wait time adds up very fast. We did not try the hotdogs - but if we had to go back would probably go that route!

This place has limited inside seating, but the food and service were great. We had the philly cheese steak which was tasty and definitely will return to try other menu options. I would recommend this place.

Mushroom and Swiss burger is delicious. Always stop by and have one when I am in the area.

Try to visit Beaches Burgers every summer that we visit ocean isle or sunset beach. Love it. Came here with my dad and boys about five years ago. He passed last year, so this place brings back good memories of my dad. Excellent hot dogs, burgers and cheese steaks. Good, friendly service. Indoor seating (about five tables) and outdoor picnic tables.

This place has the best fresh made burgers you will find for miles around. The mushroom and swiss is one of my favorite with a side of fried okra. It is always cooked fresh and to perfection. Service here is great and they have take out.

No comparison to 5 Guys nor BurgerFi (tho similar prices) but ok burgers if you get a lot of stuff on them. Fries were ok...nothing to write home about but I only ate one fry. Would I go back? Sure. Would I go out of my way to go back? Probably not. But the place is always busy.

Called in an order and was given a 20 minute wait time. Ended up waiting almost an hour for two hamburgers and one hotdog. Staff all had their masks pulled down over their chins, so nothing was covering their mouths or noses. We waited in our car for our order, and it was completely wrong. They must have mixed it up with another customer’s. Understandable mistake, but we did not have time to wait for them to remake it properly. We ate what they gave us and got our money back for the missing items. It was perfectly good food, but not what we ordered and not worth the wait. Might as well have gone to McDonald’s.

It is a very good hand made burger. A staple on a beach trip to Sunset.

Very Good food. Has limited seating. In the summertime, you may be sitting outside a bit. However, you will strike up good conversations while waiting for the perfect cup of sweet tea and an old fashioned cheeseburger!

This is the best place in N.C. to get a burger! If you're ever in the area this is a must stop for a good lunch. They open late and close early. If you get a chance make sure you try the beaches biggie burger, you won't be disappointed. Love this place and always look forward to eating here.

I should have turned around when none of the staff had on masks, but as I had limited time due to work, I had to just take my chances. I ordered a chicken philly & got steak instead. I don’t eat beef! Never going back

AMAZING food. Wish they had crinkle fries. It takes about 20 mins to get your food but everything is cooked fresh to order. Definitely worth the wait. They’ve got a small-ish inside but a great outside picnic area. Fountain drinks. 2 people for $20. Highly recommend eating here at least once on your vacation!

Clarification: if comparing to fast-food burgers, Beaches is always ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I have eaten here multiple times and tried a variety of burgers. While I have never been disappointed, some visits are better than others. Unfortunately, today was not my favorite. (The tater tots were on point as usual 😋) I am not complaining. I'm comparing them with themselves. I will be back, and back, and back.. Reliability yummy!

Good hamburger place to catch a great priced and tasty lunch. The server was very kind. I had a hard time deciding to get the mushroom and Swiss or the philly or the cheeseburger philly; the mushroom Swiss burger won. Now I have to go back to try the other two. We will be back again!

I just had my new favorite burger! It was delicious. We got there right as they opened, got seated and put in our order right away. Burgers were fresh and juicy. The tater tots were awesome too. Will definitely be back.

Great little lunch spot offering eat in, to go, and outdoor patio seating options. Friendly service with a smile, real hospitality here! The Bacon Philly Cheeseburger was fantastic! Go for the onion rings as well. The root beer float was tasty and our server offered refills on the root beer. We loved this place, will return!

Finally made it by this place. It's simple, very affordable and so delicious! We had the hot dog special for lunch. Carolina style is super yummy. Next time we plan to eat burgers. Great place to eat!!!

I was working in the sunset beach area and I'm so glad I found this place! I ordered a steak and cheese and I'll tell you I haven't had a better one from any other joint around. I most definitely will be going back the next time I'm out there to try there burgers.

Great burgers fries and tea! The biggie burger is a meal and a half! Great fresh ingredients and crispy fries done just right! Staff was friendly and responsive. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Cute beach dive atmosphere with a to go window as well. Great value for tasty burgers and I can see why this is a locals favorite. Will be back! Husband ranks it on his top three favorite burgers!

Service time was way to long, I was skipped over by other folks that put there order in after mine. Not happy at all! Not the best burger spot in the area.
